A perfect base for walking to iconic NYC attractions!

During my stay, I found it super convenient to explore the city since it was just a short walk to Times Square and the Empire State Building, making it easy to immerse myself in all the iconic sights; I also enjoyed the added bonus of being close to Grand Central Station, with numerous tasty restaurants and bakeries nearby to refresh after my strolls. The hotel amenities, like the clean rooms and friendly staff, made my experience enjoyable, but the breakfast area could get a bit crowded at times.

The location was perfect for exploring New York City attractions.

Breakfast with omelets made to order. Great and incredible location in Manhattan district just off Times Square, Rockefeller center, Central Park, subways, the metro station, Bryant Park and the grand central station and Times Square & Empire State Building.

Got well-organised and modern room with the balcony. Two TVs and a storage were useful. Its excellent, very central location was a plus.

The breakfast was a nightmare—way too crowded, not enough food, and I had to wait ages for silverware. Super frustrating!

The staff were super friendly and always ready to help! I loved the fun breakfast options like made-to-order omelettes and fluffy pancakes. Plus, the room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family; we even had a fridge and microwave!

Our rooms were fully-equipped with pull out sofa and amazing view and really comfy bed. A hairdryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets was a plus. The location was convenient, for example, R Lounge was within walking distance of the hotel. The venue was in a pretty nice area.

The room had everything we needed, including a coffee maker and fridge. The fantastic view of nearby buildings was a major highlight. Additionally, the bed was incredibly comfy, providing a great night’s sleep. The location was convenient for getting to transportation and sightseeing spots.

There were some issues with cleanliness, including stains on the walls and a clogged sink that was not promptly fixed. In addition, there were mix-ups with room keys, causing inconvenience and privacy concerns.

Breakfast had a variety, but it got crowded quickly, and my expectations were higher given the brand's reputation. the promised features weren’t delivered, leaving us disappointed. Small details, like coffee cups missing and some maintenance issues, could use attention. Despite the hiccups, the atmosphere was lively and inviting, making it a mixed but memorable stay overall.
